Movie Review – ‘Rootwood’ is a tale too shallow to grow
Rootwoodis unrated and is distributed by Hugh Octane Pictures. If it mattered, it might be rated PG-13 and only because of the swears, mostly spat out during intense scenery-chewing. The effects are small, if practical, it’s clearly a guy in a rubber suit, but there isn’t enough blood to justify a papercut.
